Till April last year i was playing 500zz (SN giova9990 on stars) and up to nl 2k but took a long break from april till like end of 2021 and now im back and i noticed that i have alot of fun and motivation to coach other people and help them to become the best poker player that they can be. My Coaching approach/what you can expect from the coaching:

- i like to start with a live review/ footage of your game where you talk out loud your thoughtprocesses so i can get a picture of your overall quality of thought/understanding while playing this session can get easy above 1 hour i never charge extra for that.

- My strenght is working efficently with pio in a much more indept way then alot of other players so if you are intrested in a single session there will be alot off value to gain imo so i would look over your approach to study and will improve it so you can work by yourself more efficiently

- I will write down the biggest leaks and areas where your can improve the quickest. If you like to keep working with me we will discuss wich topics will be most valueable in the future and i will prepare them.

- If you choose a longterm package we will be working more indept together so if you have anything on your mind for example you are in a downer and get unsure etc i wil be there for a call and will try to help you through the tuff times so its not just 60min done i want to build a nice relationship to my students

- Students of my longterm packages will be invited to a group where you can ask me anything hh reviews etc and also be able to rail me sometimes wile i play

He showed 500nl graph and the result is good.the gap between 500nl to 100nl is huge. even though he rested few months, there is no doubt he can beat 100nl easily in long term.

I wasnt sent this thread by anyone or asked to post here. But wanted to chime in and say that I met giova several times through the years, he is a very easy going, friendly and genuine guy. Even though I played with him very little and havent talked much poker with him he def came across as he is thinking on a deep level of the game .

Seems a bit unfair that like there is such few comments and one is negative and just som non sense. The low rate and his winrate on top of no committment for the student seems like a amazing deal to me.

I used to also coach with BTS during Giovanni's time there and can vouch for his approach to the game. He's a tireless worker and has a great mind for the game; I also agree that at his rate he's well worth the price.

Did coachings before and was always pretty disappointed(200z-500z coaches). Thought i give it 1 more shot and went with giova. I realised after the first hour of coaching that the value i am getting from him is much more worth than his hourly (shouldnt say that, since i dont want to get charged more in the future, but hes a good coach and more important for me a good person so what ever). He is not only reading some solves blindly and tells me that this line is good cause gto. Its much more important to him that i know why this is, witch i really like. So far every session went overtime and he didnt charge extra, in fact i had to call the end of the session cause i start felling bad, him doing extra time even thow he doesnt has to. I could go on for like 10 more things that are great or i like about giovas approach but i think u get the point. Started coaching with giova as an breakeven player post rake on rnc100, might update after the 20h of coaching.

I am one of Gio's long term students and have been working closely with him for around 2 months now so I thought I would add to the post to let you know the value I have gotten out of the experience so far.

I think first things first, I cannot speak highly enough of Gio's character, as a coach he is very supportive with both poker but also with my own life in which he takes a genuine interest and has used his own past experience in order to help me gain a positive work/life balance so that I can achieve success with poker as an occupation.

He is very in tune with the mental side of the game, and has helped me greatly in this aspect as some of my personal life transitioned into negative ways of thinking about poker, he has never judged me for this and helped me to recognise when these thoughts occur and how they can affect my game.

Technically he breaks poker down in a way that makes learning such a complex game a little less overwhelming, this is done by giving me goals to try and achieve each week in structured way so that we can measure my progress. Our sessions have always been kept interesting as we don't blindly follow GTO Sims but he actually tries to help me understand why the solver is doing what it's doing and the real life implications of this, then we will try to figure out deviations best suited to my pool to maximise EV.

On top of this we have a growing community of dedicated students where we regularly post hands and study together, for me this has been one of the biggest helps so far as I think poker can be a lonely endeavour sometimes therefore it's nice to have a support network of people going through a similar experience who can help me out.

Lastly railing Gio has been a motivating experience where you can see the in-game thought process of someone who's dedicated many hours to the game and it shows you what can be achieved through hard work.

Hey guys i want to update my mentoring offer so you know what you can expect from it:

You will work with me for a period of at least 1 month in one of the most intensive coaching programs on the market. Why i picked this form of coaching is that i can develop a relationship to the student and go indept into his specific needs so it is very different to most coaching offers like big cfps etc.
For me it is the most important thing that the student is able to think by himself after my coaching so i work alot on thinking processes and asking yourself the right questions etc.
The style that i teach is a exploitve but with a strong gto fundament so we know from wich point we are exploiting from.
Here is the value that you get in the mentoring:

- 8hr private coaching (the sessions go minimum 60min im not strict with it so often 5-15 min more wich can add up to 9hr in total )

- you are able to rail me while i grind or join me in my study ( 4-6hr a week possible) you will be able to ask me questions about everything

- Databank analysys

- MDA work

- I share with you all my study findings every day 5-6x a week. So you get my daily study distilled in a short summary video or in form of notes that i took (this will add up to around 2-3 hr pure concepts, exploits etc wich is worth alot

- you will join our discord group with our other mentoring students where we discuss hands and you can ask me anything

- also i like to give emotional support especially when going trough a downer etc and you feel down. I will make time for view shorter calls that are based on mental talk etc that are not counted as sessions
