Although I do not agree with bad talk at the poker table, I have to be ttly honest and say I do agree with most of this.
Although I am a huge Gus Hansen fan (in tourney's), and loved his book. I dont understand why he play's cash games for. It was reported earlier this month that he was on a major heater and was almost $2million up so far in the space of two week's. Now he is reported to be down $1.7million.
As much as I like and respect Gus, in the cash game enviroment I can only describe him as one thing. 'Donkey'. He is the type of player that everyone want's at there table. A Donkey with loads of cash.
He does very well in tourneys against weak players bcs he is good at exploting the weak player and playing against there weakness. How ever in cash game's. He play's out of postion, plays weak holding's, Bet's into a pre-flop rasier with weak holding's ectect.
Rant over!!!
Over all -
Tournaments - Great player
Cash games - There is a reason every table he play's fill's up fast...
Peace
