I read the article like a week ago so dont remember everything, but something like this and forgive me for my english:

Ilari was spotted behaving very badly late night outside a club. It was Finnish independence day and guests from the Finnish presidential palace (very high status, celebrities, politicians etc) were having an afterparty nearby and lots of media was capturing this. Ilari had just come from a club and was very drunk and saw all those cameras outside and thought they were following him when in fact they were taking pictures from those guests. So Sahamies started yelling at one cameraman and took his hat and challenged him to fight and according to this article, even showed some fighting moves. The cameraman just took some distance when Ilaris taxi came and Ilari just left with this cameramans hat in his other hand lol.
