Before a surge of people reply "lol you suck at poker" etc I want to say lately I have been plugging a lot of regs at ftp into tableratings.com which is an online datamining site and am increasingly surprised by the extent to which the player pool of regs are mostly breakeven or e.g. -0.5ptt losing players.

Of course there are exceptions and I expect a lot of people will reply "lol ****** what about leatherass/20buckspin/nanonoko" etc but in truth it seems like these people truly are part of an elite, the top 0.01%... For the rest of the regs, it seems attaining a good winrate at mid stakes and higher (even above 2ptbb) over a large sample these days is getting really tough.

This is based on FTP/Pokerstars, maybe on euro sites where games are softer(?) this isn't quite the case.

Anyway...

What stakes are you playing? Do you play stt's? I've been running pretty flat profit-wise lately, but I play low enough stakes that everyone pretty much sucks.

Switch to Bodog. Sports gamblers make bad poker players.

You know you can just put the % into pokerstove yourself and it'll show you the hand range. So basically pokerstove already does what this new HUD does.

At first I didn't think this new program was a big deal, but knowing that he got it over the summer is definitely a game changer. I guess online poker might be dead after all.

[X] as soon as a donk get's his hands on a program like this he thinks he's a winning player ad because of this false interpretation of ones self he ends up losing more money.

Online poker is far from dead because of some stupid program that gives fake b/s like this one..

OP if you took more than four seconds to think about this you would realize that this already exist:

This is what all HUDs do. Its just usually the handranges are presented as statistics and not actual hands.
I'm guessing the original stats are probably far more useful than the hand ranges the program(if it exists) spits out to anyone who knows how to use the stats.

[X] Checkboxes killed online poker.

I don't think so... People need to know how to use the stats. I don't think a computer program can beat a human poker player. Or, maybe, IBM's Deep Blue...

Fold AA UTG but open 72o..the program will explode.

YOu don't need a 'unique program' to do that. Most short stackers do exactly this with PT and pokerstove...

In addition it still doesn't mean people successfully apply this info to win online.

Bring your fancy program to my PLO 6 max table please.

He said he got the program from a friend of his at school OVER THE SUMMER.

I will not give you his screenname, or the name of the program, but I have searched online and I cannot find it (which is good). As far as I know it is a one of a kind program.

I will never play a hand of poker online ever again.
