I have little insight into the games on PP but is it the general consensus that they're softer than the same Zoom stakes? Seems unlikely.

Why do you think you can't complaint to the malta gaming authority without Stars permission? Yet you think you can write them a letter? Not sure I fully understand.

I appreciate that Covid has affected many businesses but a month for a reply is ridiculous. You can't even queue for live chat. They can have people at home doing shift work for support chat. Even if the queue is hours at least you know you will get to speak to someone.

We can disagree then. Hard to believe a pool filled with recs is way harder than pool filled bots and regs. E don't know what stakes you play but zoom 100 / 200 is way softer imo.

Stars has the most 50NL and 100 NL and 200 NL full ring games. I tried to restore my Partypoker account that has not been used in 10 years and was told it locked. I asked why? Their response is its locked no other discussion.
Looked at 888 but not many of those games

Im here to share my experience with pokerstars support.

Im professional poker player since 2 years, this is my ****ing job. just moved up from france to other country to be able to play on pokerstars.com

i register for first time at the beginning of march, deposit 1k$, turning into 20k$ today.
But 1 week ago, i had a my "player privilege revoked" and had to contact support. i send an email saying why etc, no response.

I try with support live chat, who said me that it was because i send an inappropriate message to them at beginning of march when i had problem with withdrawal, which alerted their responsible gaming department. they ask me (in live chat) some questions i answered, to speed up the process. one week later, still no news, my bankroll of $ 20k still held hostage for no reason. and when i contact support live chat to have some news, they just say that each of my interventions to know more about this is and useless and could only slow down the process.

I rake for more than $ 15,000 in 2 months to be treated like this. it's just amazing. I have played in my life on a dozen different platforms and I have never seen such disrespect towards clients.
when my situation is released, I will withdraw all my funds from this pure scam, and will try to alert as much as possible around me.
In france and Spain, all people are just saying "**** arjel and regulated market" ok its a bullshit, but at least it guarantees user protection.
these words come from a confirmed professional player, completely outraged by the situation.

If you go to PS twitter account there is someone who has been responding to a ton of pissed off people. Most replies are a standard response but i don't think it is a bot.

So why the hell cant support get this person to help solve email issues ?

In lots of the replies they acknowledge the fact they are behind.

They have time to post scoop videos and promo crap all the time but can't take this guy who runs the twitter to help with the backlog ?

We need someone like Gordon Ramsey to take over in a situation like this. If he was short staff in the kitchen he would ask a front of house staff to help out and vice versa.

Somehow it keeps going downhill. Most of the posts in this thread seem like simple issues stars support could address in minutes. Sadly nobody is even properly reading the emails they get.

It has been 5 days now instead of 3 and my cashout is still pending.
I have sent them an email with the word Urgent in the title, but have very little hope that it would help. I expect this issue to be dragged on for a long time...

Guys, this is extremely unacceptable and i think more people should know about this.

I cannot recommend to anyone to play on PS now, they have completely lost my trust. Money of the players looks unsafe.

I did not suggest writing a letter to the Maltese Gaming Authority.

I suggested writing to PokerStars, and then activate the Maltese court system (through the small claims authority). I think that it will not get to the small claims authority, because I think that PokerStars will just give you your money back when you show that you are serious and motivated.

People are in this thread whining about not having their money back. But they aren't even willing to put the effort of writing a letter to PokerStars to formally demand their money back. It is therefore unsurprising that PokerStars doesn't take your complaints serious. None of you have the motivation to even write to them formally for goodness sake.

Do you understand that they care so little about their customers that they dont even bother to have a semidecent support team?

Noone is getting fast responses, people quote a month or 2 months delay or none at all! How is this site still number one in traffic??

mostly 100, played little 200
but the regs on zoom/stars are so much better than those 'bots and regs' on partypoker , they ~never put you in difficult spots like the stars regs do

can also confirm they have denied numerous requests for hand histories. maybe not officially denied but said they are too busy or similar, been many months. and last couple emails simply ignored. its really laughable and sad

I have actually no issues with PS support, I had always the opinion the actual world situation wouldn´t change much for Online Services. Most of the work could be done via home office. Feels like i was wrong.

at the end, I was offered to write a comment on the service.
