Tell the French government to coach the Dutch government.

What does "fully legalized" mean exactly?

Ferguson Crippled
Catching the action on the turn on a board of , Dariusz Paszkiewicz checked and Chris Ferguson fired 80,000. Paszkiewicz then check-raised by announcing he was all in.

It was a total of 245,000 more as Ferguson went deep into the tank. He thought for around five minutes as the rest of the room went onto a break.

It would cost most of Ferguson's stack but he eventually called and tabled for two pair but Paszkiewicz held for a bigger two pair to leave Ferguson in bad shape.

The river was the and Paszkiewicz doubles as Ferguson is left crippled with just 4,000 in chips.

Don't know the entire line, but it's tough to fold 2-pair in that spot.

Well we've been able to play online for years, but it's illegal. The players can't be punished, though, so nobody cares... but the sites could be sued I guess.

Anyway, in January, there will be a licence available for sites who wish to operate legally in french territory. There are also talks about a 2% tax on players (maybe on every pot :/ ), but legal poker would also mean legal advertisement on TV, magazines, etc ; which is EV+++.

Plus, the "Française des jeux", which is the only company allowed to organize the national lottery and sell scratcher tickets, will open its own poker site that should immediately become the #1 site here, thanks to their massive advertisement budget and their existing notoriety.

They will surely open for all the non-us players, won't they? If that's true, then great. It won't be a new partypoker, but some new tables to grind on are always appreciated

Jesus Done In By 6-6-6

Chris Ferguson was all in for his ante of 1,000 in early position. A player close by limped in, and Sander Lylloff put in a raise to 21,000. That was enough to fold the limper and put him heads up with Ferguson.

Lylloff tabled A 6, and Ferguson was drawing live for his tournament life with 9 2. He wouldn't be drawing live for long though. The flop came out J 6 6 , leaving him dead to runner-runner. The 8 on the turn was no help though, and that was that for Ferguson.

Lylloff is on 810,000 now.
