The commentator is Nick Geber. He used to host a fantastic 2-hour, twice a week poker radio show (Bluff Poker Radio) that was available as a podcast. It unaccountably just disappeared without any announcement about a year and a half or two years ago. 'twas great fun, as you can imagine from this short sample.

That was pretty awesome. Like others suggested, he should always commentate like that.
