I'm holding on to hope that they will stream day 2 of some of the 10ks and 50k on twitch like they did last year but I highly doubt it. Getting to watch the mixed games with no ICM considerations and deeper stacks was great.

Besides, probably the best place to watch the WSOP is at a sports bar (if they turn it on to that channel which can be an issue all unto itself) and having to explain card by card action what it all means to one's girlfriend (or boyfriend) when having dinner or lunch or whatever there. However, if the other half does not show any interest, you're "screwed". I have seen it all a million times while looking from the outside in while doing my panhandling thing.

I, too, just renewed PokerGo for a year. The most enjoyable content for me is the WSOP streaming - it's most definitely not worth a yearly sub for the Poker After Dark, US Poker Championship and special interest programming. Bye bye, PG!

So I have PokerGo, will I need anything else to watch wsop this year?

Hope a good # of events are on twitch. seems pointless to buy pokergo just for WSOP coverage when they skipped so many events last year

According to the article on pokergo.com "All CBS live streaming applies to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Poker fans in all other markets can enjoy streams as shown in the schedule below via their regular PokerGO subscription."

So outside of the USA, Canada and Australia it should all be streamed on pokergo. As far as I can tell nothing will be streamed on twitch.

So if I am traveling abroad for most of June, I could watch everything on PokerGo because they just geoblock it for people who are in the US/Canada/Australia?

I could be wrong, but I'd imagine it would go on where your account is registered to. Otherwise wouldn't everyone with a VPN just be able to watch it on pokergo?

They would be the only ones doing it that way. If they want to prevent people from using VPNs, they could just block them. DAZN does a very good job with that after people like me used their EU account from the US to watch UFC PPVs for free.

But even if PokerGo uses the registration country, I’ll just register mine in Europe?

Does anyone know if I register in advance using Bravo Poker Live and show up a few hours into my starting flight, do I get the full starting stack or will I be blinded off?

While we are talking about the WSOP broadcasts, does ESPN even do edited/condensed shows anymore?

I know they had a lot of streaming coverage of the ME last year, but did they release an edited version at any point like the old Moneymaker/Gold/Eastgate years?

this structure for the 10k deuce can't be right, can it?

Like a 90 person event that so easily ends in 3 days they have stretched to 4 days for... what reason?

To make sure that they have a set time for the live streamed final table would be my assumption.

Serious question. Can you multi table at WSOP?

Sure, if you want to run around between tables, might be in another room even.
Sometimes tournaments overlap, or someone makes it deep and their other tournament has already started.

Lots of players multi table. Especially the ones who chase POY. Last year Shaun Deeb was at a final table at the same time as he was in another event.

What happens when you come back to find your table has broken? Do they just leave your new seat card on original table or do you have to find a floorman?

First!

What do you guys think of the CBS All Access /Poker Go split of showing final tables? Sucks to have to buy from 2 different providers if you want to watch all the online televised final tables. Thoughts?
