Not sure why people are wanting Hellmuth to receive a penalty.

Even when he does get a penalty, his white magic can get it rescinded.

I think the only way to deal with incompetent TDs is if you're at a table with Hellmuth, Kassouf, Hawkins, etc, do exactly as they do. Annoy them and annoy others at the table. If a TD won't do squat with name players, they cannot justify treating you any different.
