Several years ago I cashed my first WSOP event, 6K in a 1500 event. So I asked the guy what the usual was. He said something like 500 so I left the snake nothing as that was BS

If I was asked to give a dollar amount of what I’d hope to see a player leave for that score, I’d say $60-100.

Didn't see this posted. CNBC interviewed Cynn a week ago. Confirms no chop deal was made with Tony.

when the WSOP and other tournament organizers get sponsors to add to the prize pool (like what happens in golf), then i'd consider leaving something. until then, hell no.

edit: thx for sharing the above vid... hadn't seen it.

yeah if he said something like 100 or even 200 I would have just handed it over

But I knew that was insane so out of principle I just left nothing

The fact that he even had the audacity to mention a number just proves how pampered and self-entitled some people in the service industry are in the US because you will never get this sort of thing anywhere else in the world.

That's unbelievable that he would ask for that amount. What a scumbag.

Anyone else think that Miles just thought having K-J and taking what he believed was too long and into the realm of slow play was because he plays rather loose and having that hand for him in Cynn's situation would have been the nuts for him despite other hands being able to beat it?

The only cards I could put him on that could be beating would be K Q as I can't see him having A-K or 88s as I don't see him shoving there on the turn but slowing down and inviting a bet from Cynn on the river.

Actually, Miles went to Kassouf to tell him about a 9 high bluff, so that's how they met.
