This thread is for discussion of tournament results. starting tomorrow the streams will begin. The 3k shootout final table will be shown. It looks to be an interesting one as 2 main event champions have advanced to the final table (McKeehen and Cada). Hellmuth fell just short.

Also the 100K high roller started today. A few busts already but they do get one re-entry.

Yeah I have no idea; an insane play. Why not leave yourself with 25k behind or something? It accomplishes the same idea but at least you have a playable stack left if you get called.

Reading some of the bustout hands is pretty funny. Like, in the 300k SHR guys like dan shak and brian rast, just completely donked it away so early, and in this 100k going on now
losing over 500k chips with a jack high flush? like what do you think the other guy can have? these guys play like its a freeroll. Well for some it is i guess.

Blue was poor choice for background color of boxes with player names. Player names and chip count at top should be larger font.

Yes. It matches the background of the area around the final table. I actually have to walk up to my Roku to see the chip counts.

I don't really follow the scene too much. Is he still regarded as a top player? Has the new generation surpassed him? Does he even play online anymore?

I remember when he used to be in every WSOP tournament because of the bracelet bets. Now it seems like he plays tournaments sparingly. I guess the big cash games Macau and Vegas are just too juicy for him to waste time on dinky tournaments with huge variance.
