I don't think so. It is $10 US per month if you want to watch WSOP events but per PokerGo you can opt out by calling a phone number. I am in for $20, June and July, which covers the WSOP and then I will go from there.
I am not sure what the deal with WSOP and PokerGo is but on the WSOP website there doesn't appear to be a word about PokerGo and all the live links are to 2016 tables. I find that odd. You would think the two would have negotiated some kind of marketing/linking deal. Otherwise those wanting live stuff will have to find it on their own.
