why do they put so many commercial breaks in, already hate it!!

I believe Newhouse should have turned his hand into a bluff, river hits his range quite hard and even the turn does. Although he does have showdown value I believe he would make Politano fold 55-99 there

I think Antonio's point was correct: he would do that if he had nothing. Of course, that would be obvious and he probably would have been called.

p.s.-- Yes, a lot of commercials; but, at least sponsors want to associate with poker and reward ESPN for broadcasting it so not all bad.

Most serious fans probably do, but the casual fans probably don't. And ESPN continues to cater to the casual fan. My brother, for example, absolutely hated not being able to see the cards. On the other hand, I loved it.

I still wonder what the percentages are of those two groups. Many more knowledgeable viewers now than there were when Moneymaker/Raymer/Hachem won theirs.

I think Jacobson is really good to 3bet a lot, because these players just think very highly of him and rather want to avoid 3bet pots with marginal hands - good on him using his image here, I think we will see a lot of 3betting from him.

shouldnt it also be easy for espn to provide a choice to the viewer?
Of course if u chose no HoleCards to be displayed there cant be commentary aswell!
