don't play HU but just messing around in GTO Wizard and this is a low- EV fold when it gets to the river...now you can say that Qui is a blaster and you should call with all bluff catchers, etc...which would justify calling but I wouldn't call it the worst fold ever if the solver has it down as a close play EV wise...IMO

tbf that's just a single hand, there were other times when he folded strong hu holdings

qui was blasting literally every hand - this was very much a "he's betting atc on any board" dynamic

vayo easily played worse than anyone i've ever seen play hu, at least the button clickers put themselves in a position to win by occasionally calling or raising where they at least see a showdown, he just got whittled down into push/fold territory and eventually shoved his JT into KT

dude was allergic to playing a big pot without a monster which is a recipe for disaster vs an aggro villain hu

Yea I don’t understand how that Vayo hand is in here. You could definitely say it was a bad fold given the opponent, but folding 2nd pair for all your chips when your headsup for the title and your opponent has bombed every street including preflop is definitely not one of The Worst Folds of All Time

phils played this perfectly though. he knows mike's game inside and out, he also knows mike can't afford to play such high stakes and is scared money. on the river phil asks what mike has and bets 40k instead of all-in for ~65k because he knows it looks like such a value bet not overbetting all-in. the mouth got completely owned.
