In the pad ep with Dan Bilz, 2 guys mucked the best hand (2 different hands) on the river when it was checked down because they misread their cards

One was particularly bad, the nba player or the rapper not sure had 8d9d calls flop on 5d7d2x he leads brick turn river is 3d and it goes check/check , opponent shows mid pair or something and he mucks his flush lol

that was really bad for me because in one of the spots their hand was tabled and the dealer didn't read the hand correctly...they mention it after the hand, which normally you wouldn't fix but I was surprised they didn't since it was on stream and what not...

I dont see folding the bottom of your calling range as a horrible fold. He passed up a small edge to reduce variance, which is prob a mistake in a 10k full of crushers, but not horrible. It was probably even a randomizer decision, where he decided that he was calling x% of the time and rolled a fold.

IMO minr/folding ATo with 10bb from the CO a few hands earlier is WAAY worse than this fold.

I stumbled upon this old hand where Dwan bluffs JC Tran off a boat on the river after JC checked to him twice. Huge fold to make against anyone but to an aggro player like Dwan it’s ridiculous. Far worse than the Maria fold at least she was multi-way.

I thought Eastgate's fold in this hand was terrible:

Hand starts at 0:10. How are you folding trips 2's to a raise by Dwan? You are only beat by Greenstein if he has specifically A2s or TT and Dwan could have any trash or just be overvaluing a worse hand.

Just an awful fold. You don't call 42 off suit preflop, hit the perfect flop, only to fold postflop.

Doyle's flush fold vs Jamie is usually the right fold. Without Jamie's hole cards being shown I think nobody would be critical at all.

Off the top of my head - JM folding trips v PH getting getting like 20/1 on High Stakes Duel.

Another at FT WSOP when Jerry Yang won, Lee Childs bet/calling a 3b w/ QQ v super aggro Yang, then donk bet 1/2p & fold to a jam on a 742 board. Yang had JJ.

Also the one Greg pointed out earlier ITT.

There's a new candidate from the current WSOP Players Championship final 3 which I'm sure you'll see on YouTube soon.

It's limit hold'em. Leng bet on river, Jungleman raised by half a big bet all-in. Leng tank folded getting 11 to 1 and the chance to eliminate Jungleman and go heads up as the chip leader. He was so confident of his fold he showed his Ace face-up.

This has to be the among the top one for all the reasons you mentioned plus the fact that calling and losing wouldn't even have mattered if (and that's a big "if") he was wrong. I literally have no clue why he would ever fold there.

Leng slow-played his top pair. Action was:

Preflop:
Leng (SB) bet, Jungle (BB) called.
Flop:
Leng check, Jungle bet. Leng called.
Turn:
Check-check.
River:
Leng bet, Jungle raised by half a bet. Leng tanked saying "I'm never good here.", "You must have K7." Showed the Ace and mucked.

Jungleman thought he was value raising since Leng played like he had a smaller pair.

Of course Jungleman showed his hand too. For the next hour or two as Jungle kept chipping up Volpe would look at Leng and say "what did you do to us???" every 30 minutes LMFAO.

lol @ putting a player on one specific hand. It doesn't even begin to matter what he thinks Jungle may have.
