I enjoyed the older WSOP episodes that were edited. Today's poker episodes I don't care for because they are boring. I just want to watch the exciting hands not the folding or boring pots. Op I am liking this thread though was a good idea, thanks.

For me personally, I just cannot even watch poker on tv anymore.

High Stakes Poker was the GOAT imo and once that show started to go through its changes ( no Gabe, no FTP pros ) it just went downhill and I was left with nothing to watch.

Sure, I did watch some of the Poker After Dark " The Cash Game " now and then but they just didnt hold a candle to HSP.

I am hoping, along with many, that one day HSP will come back. Gabe will return and dare I dream, AJ Benza as well.

I still for the life of me wonder why sometimes we as people feel the need to change or tinker around with something when its already proven to be a success.
