Total domination. Congrats on winning the wsop and 4.5 million dollars. Well deserved.

Brandon has a lovely family; what a competitor.

Dan Zack should be feeling this one. To go from CL with 10 left and a great chance at the bracelet and $4.5m to busting 8th and not even winning $500k has got to hurt. Foxen was always going to win once he had 1/3 of the chips.

I seen people criticising Dan Zack shove, but did anyone run the hand? How bad can it be?

I don’t think it was that bad, just an unfortunate set up. Just not sure why you have to always get it in pre though. It was 51 BBs effective. However played hard for Dan to not get it in at some point.

His shove with QJ is standard but it feels a bit on the loose side-- NOT complaining, just always sad to see all time greats bust out with b tier broadways.
He ran pretty card dead at the final table. Ivey has great composure. Never winced or complained, just waited for an opportunity to get his money in with a chance to double up. He just never had a chance to do much here.

Foxen just took over at the final table, stealing blinds and pushing people off their hands. Stevens made a good bluff in a key hand with TT, A high and Foxen sniffed it out and called with TT, 99. After that he cruised in to victory. He won that bracelet! A well deserved victory.

Kabrhel had diarhhea of the mouth but none of these guys really let that affect them. They are all Pros! I particularly liked how Ivey handled him, sitting right next to him. He simply didn't engage him at all. I happen to enjoy watching good players go about their business and there were some very good ones at this final table, including Stevens. I'm looking for a good poker game and could care less if there is a lot of banter going on. Platt and Hanks are two of the best coms out there as well.

I didn't see what it was, if you or someone can screen shot where it shows all the details of stack sizes, blinds and antes and tell me what exactly happened I will run it tomorrow.

Or you can just tell me the time stamp, since I have pokergo.

I didn't see that, but that doesn't have the info I need anyway. I will run it on Icmizer, I already have the payout info plugged in, need everyone's at the table's chips stacks, etc. So a time stamp to Pokergo.

If that link has it I am sorry, been grinding all day and have to crash.

Because if they’re bluffing, then they can fold and by having a single chip (even if it’s 1/10th of a BB) they’re entitled to win the ante in another hand. It became a thing once the BB ante was implemented.

Obv players balance and leave a single chip when they have the goods too.

Thanks. Not heard of that rule change.

For anyone interested, this seemed like a pretty fair assessment of it - What is the Big Blind Ante?

I thought it was in case a shorter stack behind shoves and a bigger stack calls, then they can fold in the hopes that the short stack gets knocked out.

I am no Phil Hellmuth fan.
That said: Any thought anyone had of Negreanu being better than Phil at mtt poker has gone out the window.

If Hellmuth & Negreanu get down to the final two, they’ll have an average of 11 WSOP bracelets between themselves.

When Hellmuth eviscerates him heads-up with White Magic, there will be one player remaining with an average of 17 bracelets.

Don’t think Poker GO were streaming at that point, in fact, I’m fairly certain they weren’t. Here are stacks a little before the hand:

And the full list a little earlier (there were two tables playing 5-handed):

Yeah its this. For example Soverel did this UTG 6 or 7 handed last night. He's calling off against a single raise 100% of the time, but if multiple people jam behind he can fold and try to ladder up. Not only because someone else will be at risk, but because with 2 jams behind the vast majority of his range is crushed
