Johnny Vibes told Joey Ingram that he spent 20 hours a day on his phone for one day in question. Man those phones are toxic. I try to use mine as little as possible.

I have two phones, one is casual use phone with just the standard social apps, and the other got important authentificator stuff on it and bitcoin relevant stuff(no sim card), i dont carry it around though, i dont want anyone who is nosy on my other phone to know anything about that ****.

If you use a phone number for 2FA it should be a number that no-one knows. It's easy to "steal" a number by porting it.

Could be an extra phone for poker sites/crypto 2FA.

If it's Poker pros w multiple phones I would guess that at least 1 is for personal use and at least 1 is for playing OFC and/or an app. Not saying it's impossible that they would have phones for other reasons as well, but if you know how prevalent these poker apps/mobile clients are, you prob wouldn't be wondering.

The main reasons:
I get a newer version of iphone every few years, but the previous one still works.
I'm too lazy to put all of the apps + all of the info from the previous phone on to the new one, so I just carry 2 around. One for the normal use, and the second for the info or in the case that the battery dies on the main one. I also have multiple Facebook/ Pokemon Go/ E-mail accounts, and having multiple phones helps with this, especially when I intend to use 2 accounts at once.
The 3rd iphone I use more or less just for music/movies. It's like an ipad.

Judging by reading this thread, it is not widely known that you can get mobile phones with 2 (theoretically more) SIM cards.

I use two sim cards for fairly mundane purposes (the Isle of Man has its own mobile phone network, so I can maintain my UK number when visiting there more easily for cheaper data etc) but many of the use cases described in this thread would benefit from using one phone and two SIM cards.

Maybe years ago the above was correct, but for both the iPhone 6s and iPhone X that I bought, I fully restored (set up the new phones) from iCloud. Only apps that didn’t download properly were the ones that had not been updated for the new phone at the time.

Everything else was on it in full, up to date apps, photos, iMessages, WhatsApp messages, etc
