This was before all the big Binks. I guess you only noticed him because of all his recent Big binks right?

He done what every other successful player done. Work hard, prepare and get lucky in the right spots lol. It's not rocket science.

I've played with him online at cash-game tables.
The guy is just the real deal.
Not saying I don't have an edge (I think I do) but the guy is a very good poker player. He is not doing anything special for online high-stakes, but just being there and holding his own - for a live tournament player - big respect.

Totally reasonable to limp/call with suited broadway and to raise a SB limp from the BB with suited junk. I don't see anything that terrible postflop in either hand. Don't want to get into strategy, but no terrible play there.

Ive been following him for past 2-3 years he crushed acr and bovada. Winning their sunday majors multiple times and put it a ton of hard work 24/7.

Those hands are perfectly fine. Its not HUDs and cheating why recreational players such as yourself don't win anymore its because you think those hands are bad.

Yeh, they seem pretty standard. The preflop raise in the first hand is because you have position and SB has almost anything. It would also be fine to check back preflop. Then you have no show down value, so bluff.

The reason for the limp/call in the second hand is you don't want to get blown off the hand preflop, and you can't call a 3-bet with that stack size, but you can limp/call. He turns 2nd pair and flush draw and pushes, which also seems reasonable.

Not saying those hands are bad/misplayed (I certainly don't think they are) but when you play a lot of volume it's inevitable even for an elite player to misplay a few hands...you play so many hands on a Sunday no way they are all going to be perfect. People tend to tunnel super hard on the few hands that weren't played totally optimally out of what may have been a massive session...obviously one bad hand can torch all your EV in a tournament but this is nothing like that. You used to see regs commit total ICM suicide at FTs or cold 4bet allin/4bet fold 82o and stuff.

If you look back at your own sessions there were probably several hands where you thought to yourself "wow I'm so terrible at poker why did I call/fold/raise there?"

Ali is clearly someone with incredible work ethic and how much he's put into the game is very admirable. I'll see him grinding $109s on WPN right after FTing Super High Rollers. Guy just does not take a break and shows the poker dream is alive. NL5 to $300k buyins in a pretty short amount of time...
