But once you win it, you are at least back even for the buy-ins.

Hopefully you were at the casino to apply for a job in order to pay back the money you stole.

If you read thread OP is making a profit if he sells the one he bought.

He can probably buy 10 of those now.

just a rough guess: 30 times the price he would consider letting you take a photo of him where he's not sporting that shi*-eating grin.

Hopefully you learn reading comprehension (where in the quoted post did I mention having been to the card room recently?) and to learn the definition of words you love to throw around (stealing is defined as "to take the property of another or others without permission or right", this doesn't seem to pertain to me being given money by voluntary investors and mishandling it. If you believe what Jared informs me that everyone does, that I gambled and lost the money, that is misappropriation, not stealing.). Perhaps you are just posting drunk again. Or perhaps you should voice your concerns about me (despite not even being an investor) in an appropriate thread or to an appropriate authority figure if you feel justice is not being served.

Using this logic, Bernie Madoff should be a free man.
Full Tilt Poker should be in the clear too.

Face the facts.

Not sure what your point is. Bernie Madoff and FTP broke laws, I did not. I did not solicit funds under false pretenses. I did not engage in securities fraud. Perhaps actually looking at the charges against Mr. Madoff would make things more clear for you. I am obviously civilly responsible for the money entrusted to me by the investors, but calling what happened theft is really tilting. I'm just being a dick and arguing semantics because he insists on derailing multiple unrelated threads about this **** when there is already a thread all about it.

All manner of related discussion is welcome in the thread already existing for such discussion.

You stole money from friends of mine and people who have invested in my packages; what if they no longer wish to invest in the marketplace after what you did? The actions of thieves such as yourself hurt everyone in the marketplace, and i'll be damned if i'm going to sit on the sidelines and watch you up your post count without making it clear that you need to fix this. Every minute of your time should be spent pounding the pavement looking for a job. Instead you're posting in NVG and BBV4L. Perhaps since you stole the money (or lost it, either way you were in the possession of others' funds and now you don't have them, so it doesn't matter if you degened it away or just happened to lose $4500 as you claim) you shouldn't be offering advice about anything to anyone and instead should focus on making things right.

Not many job fairs at 11 pm on a Saturday night. I apologized a bunch, sold my car, am living with my mom and looking for jobs at Chipotle and Starbucks where I'll spend around 600 hours making the money to pay people back for a dumb mistake and yet you, Jared, zima, etc don't think that's punishment enough. So gj now we are talking about this in NVG too, but at this point I think YOU are being the *******, I'm doing my part.
