who lives at the Panorama towers in Vegas? - Page 10 - Poker News

I live in North Las Vegas and there's alot of cockroaches everywhere..however u rarely see any cockroaches on the strip..heard they use the most advance technology to get rid of the roaches..any cockroach problem in the Panorama?

Well i live in the lasvegas country club in a baller studio townhouse type unit 400 sqft condo fees and everything under 3 bones .I have however made love to a lady living in a studio at palms-place very nice 600 HOA fees 150k 600 sqft i prefer the highrise life where you rent your place out to strangers for 50.oo a nite and sleep in your car when its a tough nut to crack ,by the way im not posting here anymore after today.

Wife and I looked at two bdrm, about 1,000 sq ft units in 2009 and again in 2011. About a half dozen units were listed around $200K, both towers, various floors and views. Iirc the HOA fees were $.50/sq ft. My guess is if you could have rented to come close to covering the costs, then your cap gains would have been substantial.

the point i made bighitter is palmsplace is a condo/hotel the condo fees are $1.00 /sf but you see you have option to rent your unit out to crack nut if your feeling the pinch .In my mind lasvegascountry club at the pool walking around in your underware with quasi-erection a bud in hand fueled by greed and fear and living the life is the pathway ,now thats it for my sentiments .

I fully agree with you, but who elects the board? The OWNERS or at least a percentage of the owners. Sadly enough, a lot of people buy condos without fully understanding all the ins and outs of condo ownership. Even if they do know it all well, they can still get screwed. Which goes back to my point of if you buy a condo, you should expect headaches.

well you could buy a MGM grande condo 10 min thru a hallway for 150k for 450 sqft and a 600 HOA FEE but if you rent your room out 12 nites a month your HOA fee is zero.I may do this and use my comps for a room every 3 days to wash up the rest of the time take naps at pool .

well the jist of my posting here was to speak of the condo/hotel option where if you have a bad month on the felt you put your condo in the rentalpool and either sleep with chubby toursist or sleep at the pools or sleep in your car all options good maybe i should of drawn picture so that everyone understood ,
