These cash games just aren't the same as the good ol HSP games.... I'm not sure why exactly, but I'm sure having a few $50k bundles of cash on the table would be a marked visual improvement... also a table which houses 8 players in a normal fashion (like Live at the Bike still does) would add some further authenticity and make it feel less like a studio production....

Albeit the 'it's Berkey' but what is his OOP 4-bet range? And we pretty much know that we are going to have to call a c-bet no matter the Flop. JY was getting his butt kicked as well and that's never good for the session physic and he wasn't deep enough to set mine, even with QQ.

Yes, there are plenty of arguments on both side I think and probably plenty of other history that we don't see. But when we start to talk about 4-bet ranges even at high stakes we are behind most of the time and getting outdrawn at least 20-30% more on top of that.

IMO there was more meta there ... JY is probably thinking "He knows I'm stuck and not messing around, therefore my range is that much smaller ... and by default his range must be smaller as well.

Perhaps JY was having a downswing off camera as well. Not sure if he played any other the high end tournaments or not. GL

With the girls coming back next week it will be interesting to see if any of them open it up. KB ran them over last time for both days and it wasn't pretty. Very obviously playing bigger and with their own money ... scared money. If MHo plays, she has some cash in her pocket from the $25K win. Maybe she will open up her game a bit ... but maybe not either. GL

It's so hard to gauge the reception of PAD w/ it being behind a paywall and no one really discussing the action that does take place.

PLO after dark was great, mostly cause DIAMOND Dave Eldridge is the GOAT. Dude has one gear and it's pedal to the metal.

Only saw the begining, but loved the splash the pot/ante idea

Some decent banter and one liners. Lots of splashy play from eldridge, who owns some souls. If you enjoy plo, it's worth the $10.

Note: The splash pot/ante idea is ****ing fantastic and people should implement it in all games. Think having when it happens be at variable intervals makes it more interesting than just having an auto ante.

JYoung is there to fill a seat, but he is willing to mix it up a bit at times .. not sure if he will do much at these stakes though, especially if they straddle. He was really mixing it up at the lower stakes .. but watching these guys play anything less than 50/100/200 is tough overall. (We want pain at stakes that are 'way' beyond our bankrolls.)

It's OK to have a couple thinking Players at the table, but yes, he is a bit dry and at a lower volume than most. Rounders was smart to leave the 'Joey knish' style of play on the cutting room floor. GL

Surprisingly good stuff. Antonio comes in for episode 2, blows up making him leave within the hour lol.

Game is 300/600 from episode 3. Texas cash game pro is pretty lol to watch, I hope he can hold on to his "2 commas" for a while longer playing this way.

PAD's are released on Mondays at 8PM EST. Some of the screens when you enter the site make you believe it's available at that time, but it's just an ad.

Yes, the current 4-handed is tough so hopefully they keep playing hard.

I've never really had online or App issues, so I'm glad for that .. hopefully you can get everything worked out. Nothing worse than bad press via tech issues. They've obviously dumped some cash into this even with the loss of WSOP events (or because of it). Working both the App and YouTube side of things seems to be working. GL

In the old days certainly, but not necessarily from the show itself. More likely that they had appearance commitments within a sponsorship deal.

You'd think that they get free rooms and perhaps comped meals, but I've heard table talk about 'whose buying dinner tonight' on PAD.

While the PokerGo studio is in the Aria, PokerGo itself is not owned by Aria. So there's another negotiated aspect to consider.

It's definitely a puzzle as to what goes on behind the scenes with Brent Hanks trying to put all these lineups together. How do you get both Ivey and Dwan away from Asia for some TV time? You pose a good question. GL

I would love to see Iimitless play. He's quite the jokester and a total beast at NL. I think he'd make for awesome TV
