Odds on dnegs dusting off another milly this season?

I'd like to see new people, some online crushers to play with lets say 2 entertaining people from previous series. Not a table full of dinosaurs with no clue what they are doing.

There's a news article on Poker central's website indicating that Fedor Holz will likely appear on Poker After Dark in the coming months.

Good to see Dwan back. We haven't seen his NL cash game since 2014. Be hilarious of Dnegs comes in all cocky and gets Durreed again like in old days.

Tom Dwan's been missing for so long, it seems like it may be interesting to see him, just to see how he's doing?

Does the list kind of looks like something from 2010 - no online players?

The lineup looks pretty good so far sans the two non-pros. Is Hellmuth going to be in the mix? Haven't stayed on top of this thread.

The only time I've seen Fedor play cash was I think PLO on Cash Kings or whatever the Tsoukernik thing is called, and from the little I saw he was playing super nitty. I don't think his cash game is anywhere near the level of his tournament game.

Poker after dark... Anyone else thinking a game of strip poker with the hottest women in poker?

I've "played" poker with some of the best strippers you could imagine. The nights out were insane.

Robl? Klein? These guys were statues on HSP. Six players? With all the sitouts last time at least 7 or 8 should be playing.

Don't know who the sixth is. Good to see Doyle and Durr, but I've had enough DNegs at this point. Hopefully he'll continue to run like **** and they'll eat him up with quads over boats and he'll go on a four year downswing again.

Poker Central's been posting interviews with lots of top players, and they did one with Phil Hellmuth early on. He was about the only person they interviewed who didn't say that he was going to be on, or would like to be on - but since it looks like everybody they've interviewed so far will likely be on in the future, maybe that means he will be too?

Phil's supposed to be playing the King of the Hill $50k HU tournament next week - that will be on twitch

LOL that most fanboys on here (Me included) are interested to see Dwan just to make sure he is actually alive and well.

Also agree that the 2010 crew can mostly FO&D.

When I was first getting into poker I watched HSP & PAD. Back then I was a massive Negreanu fan. It'll be different watching it this time round hoping he loses every hand he VPIPs.

6 years and the best they could come up with is dwan and 5 dinosaurs? Really? Who wants to watch esfandiari, klein, negs ets clicking buttons all over the place?

Basically the anti-online lineup, but with TD it shifts to a setup reminiscent of the GOAT TV poker, HSP S5. The overarching "changing of the guard, internet takeover" aspect can't be duplicated, but the table dynamic of "Durr vs. Everyone, steamrolling live pros and wealthy amateurs" can be. He isn't emerging from anonymity with a previously-unseen style, but none of the US regs on day 1 will know if/how he's modified his game this past half-decade. He's been playing live at higher stakes throughout his absence, with people who care less and gamble more. Nobody's spewing like the 2008 games, but it's 6max. Fingers crossed for fear-tilt, massive mistakes and explo.
