Was the cash game tonight worth watching?

I'm among the few people who don't hate the SNG, yet even I agree with every word in this post. We see tourney poker everywhere else on TV, stick to cash games no PAD.

Anybody know who all is on tonight? They've said on twitter it'll be Hellmuth, DNegs, Maria Ho, and Doyle. But they also said it was going to be six handed.

I don't mind the sit and go. Only issue is that when it gets to like 3 handed they are so shallow that it becomes a pure shove fest

To answer this question, no... not really

"Femme Fatale Week" on PAD with Maria Ho and Kitty Kuo is pretty lackluster.

I won't be renewing my PokerGo subscription until there's a cash game worth watching.

Both Maria Ho and Natasha Mercier have tweeted saying they are sick and have pulled out of this weeks episodes.

Should've got Vicky Coren and Annette Obrestad. Still worth a watch though.

First five minutes was one of the most talkative I've ever seen on this show, and yet the announcer is trying to introduce each player. Maybe just let the screen graphics do the work?

I will also admit that I had to look up three of these people (Kuo, Nguyen, Lovgren). Soooo out of touch when it comes to poker.

I like Liebert telling everyone that she was the winner of the first-ever televised poker tournament. Somewhere, Puggy Pearson is saying "oh WTF..."

Holy ****. I couldnt believe the river sizing here. She bet to bet/fold and has put herself in a lol spot. Aaaaaand it works.

Had to switch this off. Can only take so many words uttered from Kathy Liebert. I think her accent and voice lives and breathes on it's own as a separate entity from her.

I'd just like to see people play with their own money, not being staked or using play money.

Recent episodes sound an intriguing line up but I'm pretty sure it's all a mirage!

It was like watching women's golf ... This is more how the public plays I think. Lots of tanking and assuming players are stronger than they really are.

IMO there's no way this was 'fake' last night. MWisner was definitely on her own dime. KLiebert was taking chips to the BJ table at the end of the stream. I think they would've stopped her if it was fake chips/staged ... or she would've just walked away. I already posted in the PokerGo thread.

KLiebert is some sort of 'gem' for sure. I think she just drives people crazy to the point that they just give her chips so they can leave the table! She will be back tonight since she was begging to keep her seat. GL

Oh my gosh. Liebert just won't stop talking.

She ruined the show. At least the few minutes I could stand before I had to switch it off.

The funny thing is that I don't mind talkative players at all. (Hell, I AM a talkative player.) PAD has been at its best when the table banter is plentiful.

Back in the day, some kid won the national spelling bee on the word "logorrhea." That might just be what Liebert's chatter is. Regardless, she crosses into what I would have to describe as either awkwardly annoying or annoyingly awkward.
