Who is Crazy Mike? And what's his game?

This is not Crazy Mike but funnily enough may be just as annoying! Maybe even more so because at least Crazy Mike makes you laugh every once in a while in between annoying everyone, this guy just bitches and moans endlessly and humorlessly.

My crazy Mike story:
At the B at like 6am or 8am in the morning, we're playing 1/2NL. I go to the bathroom and when I come back, some guy is sitting in my seat. I get a bit alarmed because he has a rack of chips over my chips. I had around $800 on the table. He says he's just playing "over my chips" but I tell him I'm back and he stands up.
I heard the name "Crazy Mike" before several times playing with people at V and Aria. I never heard stories or seen him before so I didn't recognize him.
We play two hands and some other guy leaves the game allowing this guy (Crazy Mike) to sit down. He's got 5 racks full of white chips. He then explains to everyone that he will be going all in blind for 1 rack of whites at a time. People are confused so he says, "I'm Crazy Mike." A light goes off and I am now happy to put a face to the name. Cool.
He does as he says. He loses twice, then wins to double up, and then loses the $200 the next hand. One of these hands, I have AJ and am in late position but a rock goes all-in in front of me and I muck my AJ. Rock ended up having KK.
Then I pick up KK, Crazy Mike goes all in as usual, I reraise to 200 and we are heads up. He asks me to flip over my cards. I say that I am superstitious and never flip till after the river. Board comes random cards no flush possibilities. He asks me to flip again so I flip and show KK. He asks me which card of his (he still hasn't looked at them) to flip over first. I pick one. It's a T. There is a T on the board. I still got a higher pair. He then flips over the second card and it is a 7. Guess what, there was a 7 on the board. Two pair. He takes my $100.
He then lost the next 2 hands and left. I never got a shot at getting my money back. As of now, Crazy Mike 1 MrDucks 0. I thought he was a very fun guy at the table. He definitely changed the action and the game completely. I could see how people would be annoyed, but even though I lost $100 to him, I was ahead going in and what are you gonna do? I think he has every right to do that with his money and he's got a funny personality.
He also introduced me to strawberry juliuses at the Bellagio. He ordered one and downed it really quick. I asked him if it was good and thought I would try it. I have had tons of them since then. Thanks Crazy Mike/mrgatorade for introducing me to the strawberry julius.
Since then, I've seen him at the V but he hasn't sat at my table again. I look forward to the next time he comes over to my $1/2NL table or $2/5nl table.
Also, is it just me or does he look like the actor that played the older brother on "Boy Meets World"? Will Friedle?
