If NVG follows its path of only reporting on the negative sides of the game, we will end up with a bunch of pizza delivery guys taking over the industry once they hear there is a saver job out there that no one else is willing to do anymore. And that cant be happening, I need them to provide food for sundays. So cut the crap.

Way more positive than negative poker stories out there. I have a bunch of backer friends, some running large stables. Players rolling here and there is happening, but its the exception, not the norm. I dont know any business where people trust each other with large sums of money based on word and no contract and its working out. People of low integrity will take advantage of it (to their own long term disadvantage), but ive met tons of very intelligent people with high integrity through poker.

and the game itself is just beautiful. Put aside the profit aspect, you learn to accept things out of your controll. I heard stories about some eastern spiritual masters who beat their students out of the blue, like slap them or something, just to shock them and bring them back into the now. Poker is like one of those masters, just beats the hell out of you until you fing get it, until you surrender to the flow of life!
