Yes, I'm sure she's really skirting the edges of slander... lol. Check the legal standards for defamation and decide for yourself if her words qualify. I would tend not to think so, twoplustwoplustwo, esq.

I'm another poster who's a bit confused that (while Liebert may not be the most popular player) she's getting flamed for this. Not the first time I've been confused by the attitudes of posters 'round here though.

KL was on DD radio a month or so ago and it is clear she is bitter with Howard/Full Tilt in that FT had so many Red pro's and she was not one of them. She commented that many FT pro's where on the FT gravy train to the tune of 20K a month and she thought it should include her.

Whatever Kathy's agenda or past gripes are, her continuing to call out Lederer is a good thing.

Kathy is clearly bitter that the good sponsorships go out to the pretty girls (or well marketed ones like Annie Duke) while older women like her with real results get ignored.

She has a point, but that's the world of marketing for ya.

However this also puts her in the position of not having to worry about offending anyone, so she is able to go off on the thieves like Howard.

IMO Kathy is a smart woman and typically right on with her views, and I don't understand why people are bashing her.

Good point. She clearly has an axe to grind for being snubbed but got a gift as it was exposed that Howard was running a ponzi scheme and will never be able to play a hand of poker in public again.
