1K vs 20K

If someone has 1k, they're going to put it in their wallet. It easily fits in a wallet, they're not going to put it in a bag/backpack.

If someone has 20k, it won't fit in a wallet. They're going to have to carry it in some type of bag/backpack.

Not sure what your point is.

You can also keep what’s left of the $20K you lost at the craps table, $1K, in a backpack as well. And then somehow think you’re going to freeroll Wynn/insurance company/Zinno (which you’re not) by claiming you had $20K.

But we’ll stick with your deduction, if he had a backpack, surely he had $20K. Otherwise he wouldn’t have a backpack. Isn’t that your logic? LOL.

There are no 10k chips at the Wynn. Or anywhere in Vegas afaik.

This post is irrelevant to the thread, just wanted to make a subtle hint that I played high stakes at Wynn and hung out with the hottest dudes.

Does anyone have any prior knowledge of Zinno being a pit or slot degen? That would explain why he went to Cosmo, and why he was up at 6:45am when he had the day 2.. He could have taken the cash and genned tf out at Cosmo hoping to return it the next day with all 20k and have a sweet bonus for himself, but then ended up nearly busting all 20k of it instead... hmmm if I was the guy whose bag it is Id be trying to get Cosmo records for Zinnos player card. Perhaps Id ask him to share his Cosmo card and see if hes high status

In last couple years Chris Brewer and other High stakes players haver complained about bags being stolen. Is it possible Zinno has been doing this for awhile and this is first time being caught?

Lol trust me, it doesn’t take very long to respond to fools and I find it to be a relaxing hobby. I’m sorry you get triggered, but I believe that says more about you. Best regards.

He said, she said case. To me, there's no solid evidence that Zinno did anything wrong.

If he’s doing something this brazen I’m sure he’s stealing chips off peoples stacks etc while they’re in the bathroom. The fact he’s not banned from tournaments is just a testament to what the poker community permits. His story is still a crime… no reasonable person holds onto someone else’s property and doesn’t give it to security. He just lied about the amount so it’s not as serious on his record.

I am not sure why I’m responding to you, I am already regretting it before I finish typing. You quoted what I said and then took it to the absolute extreme and then laugh it off as stupid in your next post?
No. You are a moron. Sorry buddy. I’m sure you are not any type of winning poker player but try to grasp this in your delusional mind. MTT cashes on Hendon do not equate to being in the red or the black. Also as you previously stated “he used to be a lawyer” does not mean he has money . I will not be engaging with you any further as you are an idiot but I did feel the need to respond to this. Hope this helps you somehow

The evidence seems pretty definitive that he took the backpack and actively chose not to alert any staff.

That alone is definitely wrong. You don’t take things that don’t belong to you. Period.

That’s why he was cited with petit larceny per the police report. If that’s not enough evidence for you that he did something wrong, I think you have a screw loose.

Sorry man, I don’t know many players running around trying to get a 3K stake especially if they have a white collar job. Those are just facts. And it’s painfully obvious that MTT cashes doesn’t equal net earnings, but no one is saying that. The only thing being preferred is that AZ fits the profile of someone who is more likely than others to be playing with his own money, and thus in theory should have a decent net worth.

But sounds like you are so butthurt that you are giving up. Probably a good idea because it’s so easy to reply to your nonsense. But it doesn’t mean you aren’t getting tacked with the L, because you are.

You are in the community

What is your plan of attack to not permit this?

Really really absurd to say anyone with white collar jobs is just firing off $3,000 tournaments. Someone making, say, $125k isn't just punting 3k at random tournaments at their whim.

Lol ok, but the main point is that someone making six figures is less likely to be roaming around looking for stakes than a blue collar or struggling pro.

The bright minds of 2+2 strike again. I need to wear shades.

Dude you have said that no way an attorney is asking for stakes for 3k tourney, which is just a silly statement. You are the one making absurdly broad overstatements.

Lol no, not really, more like just making an assumption that’s he more likely than others to be playing his own money and thus should in theory have a high net worth

But thanks, Captain Obvious, no one knows for sure. Not worth the hissy fit you are throwing over it. Just another 2+2 “Genius” take.
