Lately a lot of Hip Hop, basically anything produced by; J Dilla, Pete Rock, Black Milk and Madlib, its perfect to listen to during the grind, pretty relaxing beats.

Few tracks that show exactly what im talking about;

Apart from that i listen to most artist that are signed with Rhymesayers Entertainment and pretty much all decent Hip Hop, mostly from the 90s though.

Other than hip hop i listen to jazz, trip hop, ska (sometimes, keeps me in a good mood) post punk revival, indie, rock.

Huge Interpol fan and i love to listen to this when im grinding, also keeps the stress level low, same goes for Tame Impala, pretty young band from Australia making psychedelic rock music, really amazing.

I listen to a lot of everything. Some mainstream, some electro, some rock etcetc. This is one of my latest additions to my itunes library. I love the blend of multiple genres.

Also podcasts are really good because they update weekly and you dont have to keep finding new songs to play in your library. eg. Tiesto's club life, Above & beyond Trance around the world podcasts. And more..

Trance music is the nutz for grinding imo. Put the volume down if you want to remain calm and focused. Turn the volume up a bit if you want to fist pump and move your head up and down while playing lol.

Didn't read OP so just in case they meant a different kind of grind...

'Pour Some Sugar On Me' by Def Leppard and 'Your Own Personal Jesus' by Depeche Mode. Just wish more strippers had good rhythm.
