I think most of u are missing the point
fav music =/= grind music

I like nu metal
but when I grind for some reason I listen a lot of trance, drum&bass
for me it's less distracting

I dont know how to explain it better my english sucks. :P

Cheers for the Venetian Snares recommendation, I'm pretty sure the song 'horsey noises' just helped me get a double up in an MTT
