In 2010 I bought a poker book once at barnes and noble. I believe the author was TJ Cloutier. When I got home I realized it was for limit hold em so I threw it in the trash.

Did anyone get one of these? Iirc you had to take a picture with it somewhere and the best ones won tickets to a tourney or something.

Ok,ok it's a stretch calling it a collectible but that's why it's called the worst.

Or old Absolute Poker emails, and one PokerRoom email in early 2000. Collectible emails

you actually already mentioned this about 5 pages ago....

Think the "brag" might be a bit bigger then the "brag" was supposed to be??

I just remembered this gem as well that I still have. It is a Bonus Whores "I cried like Mike Matusow" shirt that you got when busting out of the private tournament.

Ha ha. You're right. But that was in 2014 and my memory generally only goes back a few days.

And I did add some new stuff.

Do you know what ever happened to Bonus Whores? They seemed to disappear without much fanfare but they were huge in the day. Bought out, name change, or just folded?

They kind of fizzled out after Black Friday. After that I did some work for them checking out bonuses on new European sites that the owners could no longer access, but that was only for a short while.

A new company came in after UIGEA and changed the branding to Pokerbonuses.com after a while. I just went to that site and it still advertises PKR in a banner and has a review for that and Poker Host so I assume it is somewhat neglected these days. I do not have any idea if it has changed hands since.

Actually, thinking about it, the work I did for them would have been in the period between the UIGEA and Black Friday.

Cool, thanks for that info Mason. Definitely don't think Phil would give the proper credit to someone who presented the same idea before him.

I am surprised there is no Funko Pop of poker players, considering there is one for David S Pumpkins.

LOL nice bump. I remember during FTP's heyday, I won a points satellite into one of the FTOPS main events. Instead of playing I used the points to get one of their poker chip sets and a custom Full Tilt Poker hockey jersey. The chip set has since been lost, left at a friends house and never returned. Still have the jersey, it is surprisingly high quality, just super heavy and way too hot to play roller hockey in so I barely use it.

I can't imagine who would keep a worn shirt in storage for 8 years. Does 45- 99 mean there were 99 of these for sale ???

Curiously, there is a Cindy Margolis shirt also on sale, which is deemed both "worn" and "brand new" at the same time.

Condition:
Brand New

Don't know much about collectibles, just curious.

Upon closer inspection, this is just a piece of a shirt, affixed to a card that is autographed. I am *sure* the seller does not mind that the title is misleading.

Still, a good example of some of the best of the worst of the poker boom.

Yeah limited edition, small cut out piece of a shirt.

This gimmick started in the sports card collectible world (Baseball,Football Basketball) and inserted into packs to help boost sales. Unique and in limited numbers.

Guess someone thought this idea would be a hotseller in poker as well

At least in the other sports it was part of an actual jersey worn in a game, this is Josh Arieh shirt worn in a poker tournament hahahaha

I remember “All In” brand condoms. Had more holes in them than a low-stakes donkey. I knocked up three broads using them.
