-excessivly slow “peeling”

-mega-nits (old guys who play 1 hand every 2 hours) not to be confused with a tight player. just the excessivly nitty ones who ask to break a red chip for a tip after scooping a 1k pot after folding for 3 hours.

-people who dont tip ever

-excessive whining/ crying + critique

-ADHD / cokehead players who step away from their chair after every single hand they play

- ADHD / cokehead players who greet every single player in club / room with a handshake/hug/kiss on cheek

-out of turn action/folding (when it happens over and over by same person)

People that get furious because i dont ever chop.

I always tell the player to my left and right beforehand when i sit dont that i prefer not to chop if it comes down to us..... and they always look like i just told them i murdered their pet or something. Ends up being quicker than chopping anyway as the 2 bozos have to show each other and then the whole table what they chopped, which is usually accompanied with some stupid "what if" story and then followed by the idiotic line "i chop even if i have aces duuuuuurrrrr..."

Add that last sentence to things that make me cringe or annoy me as well lol.

Players who are so tone-deaf that they don’t get when their mere presence causes an uproar of gossip and drama. Like , dude, are you that ****ing ******ed?!?!?! Also, idiots that seem to want to control the narrative of who they are. Like, *****, don’t you know total strangers decide this stuff?

Out of the 14 years that I’ve sporadically lurked on this website, only PA, Phil Ivey bgreenstein have been able to avoid major criticism from this community. All three have very quiet and unassuming personalities. That’s not me. Until I can master that Zen stuff, I’ll be a pretty polarizing figure. You guys actually weren’t as brutal as I was expecting.

I used to sometimes watch the Trooper vlog as an occasional diversion but could no longer stand him saying that "Whaddup up, It's the Trooooper" Maybe 3 or 4 times it would be a novelty. But now it's like fingernails on a chalkboard to hear it again and again, and is the reason I can no longer watch the vlog. If he put it at the very beginning each time I could just turn the volume off but he often places it at 2 or 3 minutes in so you can't predict when it's going to come... Troop, buddy, it's time to drop that phrase; some peoples' minds can only take so much of the same thing over and over and over.

Troop, if you ever do decide to retire that phrase, please let us know, thanks.

When a rec player makes a bad call in a large pot, and realizes it was a very bad call as his many chips are being taken away, and sheepishly mumbles some excuse that doesn't really make sense like "I had a lot of outs... I couldn't get away..." as everyone at the table nods solemnly and doesn't make a big scene of it.

And then the nerd who won the pot loudly spurts "What are you talking about? You only had 3 outs. You were so far behind. I can't believe you made that call. I never have a draw when I raise to 800 there."
