Just looked it up, under Colorado law the maximum penalty for driving under suspended license is 180 days and a fine of 50 to 500 dollars.

if i remember correctly, Freddy's name came up years ago because of a large money transfer either between his account and Russ's on UB or his account and one of the other guilty accounts.

Freddy posted a reply I believe saying he was being paid for either an Aruba tourny finish or for something else that seemed plausible. Obv I don't remember all the details exactly, but I'm sure someone does.

I agree with the previous poster, it should be addressed - in fact at this point there are probably other "big name" pros that participated in this crap. I swear, everytime I think all the negative stuff is going away there is another allegation of more cheating, colluding, etc... Russ Hamilton is the pariah but there's probably a dozen others laughing themselves to sleep each night because they never got caught themselves.

No it won't. Get over it. Cheating is apparently common in poker. No one forced you to play. If you love the game enough, you'll play, and be cheated, then play some more. Cheaters never prosper if honest players quit.

I play everything. Hopefully it will be traveling to about 1 or 2 tournys a month, and online should be back within 6 months if we are lucky. I just have to get back the bankroll haha. But cash PLO is my bread and butter.

Saw Randy Jensen dust off a stack against Antonio Esfandiari in a big cash game at the 2004 WSOP with Q7 AIPF against Esfandiari's AA.

I always assumed Jensen was a fish who happened to lagtard his way to a couple of decent tournament finishes.

Of course, during the '30-'04 boom that's all that was needed for Superstar status.
