isnt it -ev for most of these players to play in this? even for the elite players, they have to beat 40 other elite players just to double their buy-in? just not worth it imo. no wonder ivey didnt play in this..waste of money and time

Can't run much better than Timex.. Has the guy ever lost a race? I mean seriously. He bought in late, a couple rounds in and gets it in KK vs JJ. Coolered wizowizo QQ vs JJ, sucked out A5 vs AK. KK vs AK obv setup for him. Just amazing.

The fact is that whatever edge one has in this lineup from correctly hero folding/ extracting max value/ floating to bluff etc. is negated by the enormous PFAI pots and coolers that you need to win to accumulate a decent stack
