All bots play extremely tight to very large preflop raises even if you do it only with trash

It is said that bots are common in todays online poker environment and they can beat midstakes.
Despite using supercomputer to compute his strategy Cludico is down significant amount against Team Human.

Given online poker bots probably doesn't use supercomputer that are thousands times more powerful than regular ones, I thought Claudico would be a winner.

1) Are players who beat Claudico geniuses?
2) Is Claudico a failure?
3) Or just problem of botting in online poker is overrated?

3 of the 4 players are arguably among the top5 worldwide. they're much stronger than midstakes regs, let alone midstakes fields in 3handed+ games that of course include fish and weak regs...

or consider these 2 scenarios: a) a midstakes bot is at a random 6max midstakes table. b) a midstakes bot is at a table with 5 of the top highstakes 6max players
i think there would be a huge difference in the bot's winrate between the two scenarios
