Given the evidence presented I don't think one can say with any real certainty whether Ben acted maliciously or absentmindedly. I can understand why Doug is inclined to think one way and Ben the other way, but don't really understand how third parties can come down on either side of the fence based on the information in this thread and in the video.

Also fair enough if you've completed every routine task in your entire life within a window that wouldn't retroactively look suspicious to over-zealous conclusion-jumpers if completion of said task eventually became a sticking point in a controversy on a public forum.
