You really couldn't sit down and talk PLO with Doug for a few hours and teach him something substantive, without in the process giving up forbidden dream-machine-derived info? Just seems odd to me. I have to assume Doug knew about the software and that was what he was primarily interested in picking your brain about, but in that case it seems super-weird you would not have checked with Alix whether it was ok to proceed, and in the meantime received multiple hours of coaching yourself. Something just doesn't add up.

I get the feeling part of the " Coaching " deal was that Ben gives the dream machine to Doug. And his partner said no. Otherwise, why wouldnt Ben just keep the partner in the dark about the coaching?

To clear up a few points that are being brought up.

- I did know about the existence of software.

- I did not know there was an NDA on software that would have prevented Ben from coaching me.

- The wanting to talk with me in Vegas part of the story is made up. I did confront him about the 500/1k at the Bellagio, and he tried to just avoid talking to me.

So was this software brought up as a part of the coaching deal?
