Now the only real solution to this would be HUforRollz
I'm not siding with anyone, and certainly not because of how their personality relates to mine.
I made it very clear that I think both parties have made mistakes. I'm just calling it like I see it, and while I can't evaluate exactly what is true about each of their claims, I can evaluate various other things.
-him sitting him at CAP which is clearly not a big deal since there was no forced action. Doug, if he sat you at 100bb HUNL, would you have reacted differently? Also at that point where you've already written off friendship, it shouldn't come as a surprise that he wanted to play. It would be noteworthy if he sat you on another account, or on 888 if you didn't know his sn, etc...
-making initial post / this thread / throwing Ben's relationship with Galfond/Don under the bus / outing his software was all very childish.
-giving coaching (Doug) and receiving coaching (Ben) before deal was 100% confirmed was a mistake. The crux of it comes down to whether or not Ben mentioned he had contractual obligations and needed his partner's approval. It's unclear at this point if this was mentioned. Regardless, I think there should have been some discussion about compensation for the coaching he did receive -- either a lump sum payment or standing pieces for x amount of time in Ben's NL action.
-Also as far as the bit about giving him a piece vs not giving him a piece vs Blom -- this is super lol. Everyone who sells/buys action makes it clear whether it's a standing piece or if it needs approval before any play starts. Like the piece is either clearly booked or clearly not booked. It sounds like since you couldn't reach him, and you weren't sure, it should be clearly not booked.

in the 32 minute video i just wasted 32 mintutes of my life watching
The cancel swap thing is ridic unless he thought Ben was going to straight up scam you.
You can increase playback speed on youtube to only waste 16-21 minutes of your life next time.
