It seems it is not fake. I searched for Viktor Blom on SWE facebook(Not that is should be any diff) and a Viktor Blom with 552 friends and that picture has the following written on his page:

"Utbildning och arbete
Arbetsgivare
PokerStarssedan december 2010
TEAM PRO"

Translates to...

"Education and work
Employer
PokerStars since December 2010
TEAM PRO"

EDIT: But going through his friendslist they seem very international and not so many swedes which one would think he would have if it was really Blom.

I checked it aswell, in his friendlist are not a lot of names that sound scandinavian to me. Also i couldn't find his brother Sebastian Blom. So fake imo.
