I think they are referring to the fed gov., not the state of WA. But we know the feds have zero to do with allowing online gambling, so I suspect the "journalists" don't know what they are saying.

wow, even though its a finance related source & another gaming related story(Ultimate), at 97% YES after a decent amt of time and almost 900 votes is somewhat interesting to me....you can only expect a certain swing for site(s) like 2+2 getting their 1st.
