Turns out Isildur1 decided to stop playing on Stars cause it's obviously rigged against him and went back to crushing untracked Euro sites. Some mysterious backer intervened and decided to stake him in an effort to recreate that massive run when he first deposited $5k on FTP. He gave him $1 million but made him put a $5k deposit limit to ensure he gets 200 bullets to try and see if Isuldur1 can strike lightning twice.
