So Pokerstars has time to upgrade their software to allow all the donks to fire rockets, tissues, and horse shoes at other players (which is the most annoying feature I have ever seen). Yet, they are unable to answer support request for weeks on end and their home game leader board system has been down and not tracking games for over 1 month.

The least pokerstars could do would be to let us disable those F***ing animations so we don't have to endure some stupid donkey continually wiping our avatar with tissues after he sucks out once again.

I hate this software now.

Just play on the old software, I never upgraded and don’t have any of these new features.
The software still updates when needed

Agree. My slight OCD hates seeing the little icon next to my avatar, would like the option to disable.

Still light years ahead of every other poker site. GG and party come closest but both have really fundamental issues with their UX/UI.

I use hud and play plo. What are these heaps of better options? Or lets just say I play any format of poker and use a hud where should I go?

I agree that it is dumb.

However, at the very least it doesn't directly impact play (like All in cashout does) and I suppose it can add some psychological elements to make people tilt.

Would've much preferred it wasn't added.

Out of all the things one could be annoyed by, you chose a feature (which you can disable yourself and never see) intended to make the game more enjoyable for recs

This. But I think it would slow the game down when everyone is waiting is your opponent rit. Obv if you have turned it on everytime then it could show it.

I got one big laugh from it when a player open shoved all in for 100bb in a cash game after getting sucked out on the previous hand and the entire table threw their tissue box at them but it's something that will get old very quickly and not the direction I want to see the software moving.

The problem with pokerstars throwables is they're naff (they suck). They've obviously copied the idea off 888 but their throwables are pretty good, I enjoy throwing an egg or tomato at someone when they suck out on me, in fact i would like to see this brought in to live tournaments, especially high roller events.

well, you can switch it off, also before you **** on me for still playing on stars,I am strictly a rec now. I only play microstakes triple draw on stars now days, and there just isn't enough sites that even offer games other than holdem/omaha atm.

Exactly. Maybe OP just wants to vent. I asked about the same issue in the zoo and it took less than an hour until I received a reply that worked for me.

I didn't even need to disable Aurora. Just disabling animations and optional graphs did the trick.
