Why is he not able to play on Pokerstars? It’s illegal in my state, but I thought online poker is legal in Nevada and New Jersey.

Pokerstars has settled with the DOJ to not allow any players from anywhere in the USA.

WSOP.com is the only regulated site in NV, ever since Ultimate Poker shut its doors. NV has a bad actor clause, which shuts out any company that operated in the US after UGIEA, including PokerStars.

When PokerStars and the PPA opposed online poker in California, it's because the bill contained a similar bad actor clause.

BTW when you play on Stars in NJ, you're not really playing on PokerStars. You're just playing against other NJ players, it's a totally separate player pool.

Thank you Robert and Sirius for not flaming me. I’m sure what you told me has been asked here before and is common knowledge to most on this forum. ACR is the only site available where I live but I can’t play there because I don’t know squat about crypto.

Doug's at $3300 and almost back up to his highest point in the challenge ($3500). I'm hoping he resists taking a risky shot at 200NL like he did last time and consolidates some more first at 100NL. Getting knocked down to $1000 again would be hard to watch...

Loved the stream again. After dropping stacks like flyes he was all gonna be a short stream. And the stream lasted close to 10 hours.

Pretty stupid thread ... Doug already beat the micros ... Now it's like trying to focus on play money ... He didn't have to prove anything ... But I'll tell you who hasn't ever beaten the micros... One mr Daniel neg. I would put money on it that he couldn't either.
