WSOP.com is the only regulated site in NV, ever since Ultimate Poker shut its doors. NV has a bad actor clause, which shuts out any company that operated in the US after UGIEA, including PokerStars.
When PokerStars and the PPA opposed online poker in California, it's because the bill contained a similar bad actor clause.
BTW when you play on Stars in NJ, you're not really playing on PokerStars. You're just playing against other NJ players, it's a totally separate player pool.
