Hmmm, I never noticed the eyebrows and have luckily never been to Jersey so I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it is standard, along with manicures and peeing sitting down.

I find it extremely ironic the same ppl who complain about gov't not allowing us to play online poker in our homes are the same ppl hating on what someone places in their mouth and spend their money on.
