I think the toothpick and bandanna is due to David recently ordering a delicious meal at the table. After he's done the delicious meal, he tosses the pic, pushes up the bandanna onto his face and conducts local train robberies. The shades are just an indicator to acting authorities that he's in control, not them.

Well, I was clearly leveled. It feels terrible. It's like your skin being lightly pricked all over.
I was outwitted in a battle of nvgness by someone with 250 or so posts. This not only shows a lack of judgement on my part, but a deep lack of intelligence. By leveling me he has shown me to be an intellectual weakling struggling to lift even an empty bar sans weights in the gym of knowledge. And it is public.
A thousand eyes can see my shame as though I were lying naked in the middle of a stadium for all to see with blood from my wounds running along my boiled skin.
Emotionally, I am devastated. I will have to do something theraputic to mentally recover from my anguish.

If he just had a toothpick, given that it's DW, it's on the dork radar, but not douche (for the toothpick...he has douche locked up anyway).
