I was waiting in line behind David at a Togo's a while back. There was a cute girl working at the time who had a tip jar on the counter. As David was slipping a $10 in the tip jar, she turned around to fill up the sandwich. Afraid that she wouldn't know that it was him that made the generous tip, he pulled out the $10, waited until she was facing him again, and then put the $10 in again. I immediately thought of George Costanza.
