The Viejas tribe is running attack ads (radio) targeting PokerStars in California.
The audio is available here:

The ads call for PokerStars to be blocked from the regulated online poker market in California and bring up both the DoJ settlement and the ongoing AMF investigation involving Amaya.
The ads appear primarily targeted to the Sacramento market. I haven't been able to get firm word on how long the campaign is intended to run or how much it cost, but I've heard that it's a short campaign (for now).
Viejas is part of a tribal coalition that also includes Pechanga, Barona, Agua Caliente and others. The coalition opposes the participation of tracks in online poker and supports so-called "bad actor" clauses.
I would read the ads as a negative indicator for California's chances of passing a bill in 2015.
It could also be just a shot across the bow, but it's a nasty and visible one likely to poison the waters to a degree.
