Good on you bet online, still not going to play on your site anymore though.

BOL did the very best thing here for the players involved and the site. Hard to believe anyone could find an issue with how they acted, yet....here you are.
The fact that Betonline paid it as an extra to the current BBJ is crazy, that even shocked me I presumed they would just deduct it as it still hasn't dropped and currently sits at over $400K

Even with the accidental premature load I blew, people will still believe what they want.

But a nice ending to one of the worst disconnections of all time.
He seems like a nice genuine guy who just had a week full of the craziest highs and lows, I hope he celebrates with his family and that they are all safe and enjoy the amazing win!

To anybody who does not know we discuss all of BOL topics in our sub forum.
We are always trying to improve Betonline and we use this forum as an open way to communicate with our players.

Hi all,

I just received info that the remaining 235 players that were sitting down at the other Bad Beat Jackpot tables have now been credited with $185.66

So everybody involved now has been credited with the correct funds.

Great news all round.

Finally, some good news from this guy!

Higher-ups were probably like "Let's throw him a bone, let him post this one. He's been getting abused in there."

You know that's great and all but it shouldn't take Joey and all of us constantly criticizing your site before deciding to pay out the BBJ.

I think you would find out that the decision to award the BBJP started very early in saga. To their behalf, OP received an email from a higher up mgmt person discussing a resolution prior to any activity on Twitter.

I think BOL was pretty much on this from the beginning. They stated, with certainty, the disconnect was not on their end and logs would back them up. They also said they understood OP's position and were seeking the best resolution possible.

BOL was working on making this right probably 24 hours or so after the hand actually happened. I think on this issue, they handled it exceptionally well and with total class. A lot took place prior to it blowing up here and on Twitter. Fair to get on them for the reward points, but have to give them credit, in a big way, on this. This decision came from pretty high up there. Kudos to them for doing it.

They emailed him days later and said "We're not paying". So everything in your post is completely wrong.

Interesting take you have. I should discard the fact that I was involved, directly, from the night devo first posted it and aware of the emails they sent him after the one from CS and from mgmt of another dept, including what they said and the timestamp.

You must be pretty plugged in, or just someone with another tactless based opinion.

Well done.
