Yikes, Phil Ruffin show-up on list too.
So does one Richard Salomon, possibly Rick Salomon of Paris Hilton and poker infamy, coming in at #10.
I think both Phil Ruffin and Rick Salomon played in the One Drop Event. Maybe One Drop should also highlight the water shortages here in Las Vegas and down river in Imperial Valley.

Also noticed a William Baxter (Bill Baxter).
Topping the list in 2021, a 16-acre property in Spanish Gates with ties to the Sultan of Brunei. That property had been soaking up the most water for several years--using more than 13-million gallons in 2021.

"We're at a point where every single drop matters," says Kyle Roerink, Executive Director of the Great Basin Water Network.
"There's there's a lot of value in reporting on this list, because across the West, across the nation, we need to have a conversation about how we're pricing water and how we're using water, especially for aesthetic purposes," says Roerink.
