Yeah it sounds like they did an actual shoot. So, she wasn't angle shooting by saying she'd be in there. They just rejected her. Not that I blame them. She's no super model. She's attractive, but she's not like top 3% of women in the world attractive.

Even the pic in the ad is pathetic. I bet vanessa wishes she could take all this news back.

She stated that SI did the shoot. I would expect Stars to hire the photo team to do a shoot for their advertisements. Plus, stars putting you in an ad for SI is a big difference than "being in the SI swimsuit issue". I don't think she would intentionally mislead people.

She did a shoot with SI and multiple outfits from what she said in an interview. I don't think it was meant to be just an advertisement for those shots. I could be wrong though.
